Thanks for running a game at Intercon R! We read all of your comments and they are very, very much appreciated! In this survey, we ask for your name and the LARP that the comments you are giving us are associated with, to help us understand where we could improve and where we did well for you. If you ran more than one game, and have different comments, please feel free to fill this survey out for each game. In this survey we ask questions about the hotel services, in this instance, we are interested specifically in how the hotel affected you and your LARP as a GM. (For example, did you receive the chairs and tables you needed?) There is another survey, the Intercon R Post-Convention Survey, that you can use, anonymously if you wish, to provide us with more comments about the hotel and the convention in general. We also ask about your experience with various Intercon staff roles: The Proposal Chair worked with you to refine your proposal (if needed), and solicited feedback from the Proposal Committee before your game was approved. The GM Coordinator is the point of contact between all Intercon departments and you, who worked to pass on information and reminders. The Hotel Liaison coordinates and arranges for furniture and hotel services in the game spaces. Together with the Con Chair, these departments work out the schedule and room assignment of all events. There is no particular deadline for this survey, but we would appreciate your comments as soon as you have a chance, while your impressions of Intercon R and the run of your LARP are still fresh in your mind.
